    I have Z30 I saw in crackberry that the this new software had released I went to check for system update but it says that I have a latest software.(i live in oman)

    Dear I try most of time to update new version but faild,
    My bb z3 current ver 10.2.1.2977
    But when I update latest version
    That notifi the momry not enough
    Then I hard rest the phone
    But every time failed
    Plz help me plz
