While different users experience different things I have a Z10, used .1949 with great success and found no real issues. The best is really what your phone comes + carrier updates until official release of 10.3.1 however leaks are what they are and as such I just updated to .2072 and thou less than 24hrs in use I have found my Z10 working like a charm.
Not sure anyone can guarantee you the success or stability on your Z30 over what we all experience now.
As stated everyone have their own take on it. What maybe great OS for me, may not go so well for you. Best advice is to do some research and read the Findings and Fix threads.
Had no problem with the Z10 but backed up and wiped the phone before installing. Didn't wipe the phone with the Z30 and got into serious problems.

Read through the threads enough to get a baseline, and try a few for yourself, because everyone has different experiences. Enjoy the hunt for that perfect one. It's neverending. :)
BigBadWulf, is there a thread that has links to various leaks? For whatever reason, when I search CB for a list of leaks, there are many separate threads, but not really one unifying one that has updated links to download them.
I did find an archive with a link to Bitcasa. I am going to look through that. But I am still a little uncertain where to read about whether or not I should install the OS or the Radio + OS. Hmmmm.
Glad you found thurask's archive! You only want the radio if that's all you want to change. OS autoloaders contain the radio, core and apps.
