Sorry if this has been asked and answered or if it seems stupid, but any chance USA carriers are holding back 10.2 and are just gonna rollout 10.2.1 "this winter"?

Lol probably not. Just late to the party again.

Also, I wouldn't expect an official roll out of 10.2.1 until sometime in 2014. I was using 10.2.0 back over the summer, months before carriers started releasing it in October.

Ya ya, i get that it works on any mobile url (www.m.xxxxxxxx) but it still doesn't recognize 10 character strings as a TN in North America!!
Dear BlackBerry... STOP TRYING TO COME UP WITH NEW USESLESS CHANGES LIKE THE GESTURE TO ANSWER PHONE CALL WHEN BASIC FEATURES ARE STILL MISSING!!!
