Anyone here know exactly what are differences here?
Which one is better? Especially for Bb10 that uses a few numbers of Android apps such as Instagram. I've been experimenting with both, which tell me that, my BIS will be out of quota faster with normal usage(scrolling Twitter, Instagram, chatting) compare to android's Mobile Internet. For now i think Mobile Internet is better.
But does anyone here know exactly the difference for both, in terms of data usage, effects on device itself etc.....
    Thank you in advance. =)

Before anyone else chimes in, you don't need BIS for BB10, but some carriers will either allow you to stay on your BIS account, or force you on to one depending on how they have decided to market their services.

I get by quite happily on a 300 MB per month account. But it depends how you use it. Email, Twitter and such don't use a lot of data. Streaming music and a lot of web surfing will use more data. Also Android applications, whether run on BB10 or on Android have a higher data use on average because they are built around gathering and reporting user data.

So to the greatest degree how fast you go through your data depends on you and how you use your phone.

Not surprising. A BBOS phone uses BIS to set up a compressed tunnel to BlackBerry servers which do a number of things to reduce data usage. BB10 phones can use a BIS account, but can't establish the compressed tunnel. BIS quotas can be very small and don't really serve a modern smartphone very well.
