Or, should Link not work for you, use Sachesi or Darcy's Blackberry Tools. DBBT tends to do better with selective app backups I think but either should work for you.

You could also see if the dev will release the .BAR file. Some have uploaded them given BBWorld's inability to charge and the forthcoming shutdown of BB World.
