    Hey guys,
I'm having a problem on my Q10 with Godaddy Activation Server Address.
I don't know what to put in the field, Godaddy customer care agents have no idea on whats the input should be, since there database only have BlackBerry OS 4 to 7 & not 10.
    Any suggestions?

You shouldnt need this, are you on a hosted BES10 plan? Or are you just trying to add your GoDaddy email to your device?

No, i've subscribed in Hosted Exchange + BES on Godaddy. I've setup the ActiveSync email & its working just fine, now I want to activate the BES Work Account so I could get Balance.
Godaddy have the instructions for legacy OS but not 10, which requires the server address.
Godaddy representatives failed to knowing what is the Server Address!
    Suggestions?

    I don't believe godaddy has a bes10 hosted server.

The current one is only for legacy devices running OS 7.1 or earlier.

Also, just a regular exchange account would work fine with bb10. Wouldn't see the benefit for a hosted BES with bb10 unless you were setting one up for a company.

If you want extra security and device management you can wait for BlackBerry cloud services which should be coming soon.

This is exactly correct. They dont have any documentation because they dont support it. you can use just straight ActiveSync at this point.

Be sure to see if you can get your BlackBerry connection fee back since that's only for legacy devices. BlackBerry 10 will work just fine with EAS.

    Thanks again!
