I know it's not important at all with how the OS operates, I'm just wondering if this looks to be intended as a release for a carrier. Just curious as it looks like the carrier 10.1 MR seems to have disappeared from the Bell/Rogers when checking with Sachesi (apparently it was also pulled by Telekom and Vodafone Germany too).

WTH is right. The timing is definitely strange given the 10.2 SDK release. Wish we could find out more.

It's July 30th build, so basically the 10.1 version of 1047.

I just loaded this onto my Z10 STL 100-3 and it shows Software Release as 10.1.0.4200 with OS 10.1.0.4780. Did you Security Wipe?

It doesn't appear to show a software release version on either of the STL100-3's that I have here, not that it's a huge deal.

Those that are not meant for release and are internal builds won't show, afaik from what I've read on here

Got it . Thank You . One more thing , if you have MR OTA update installed (4633) and use sachibar to upgrade only newer .bars from 4780 , will the update show system information or still say 4181 (4633) ... ?

Installed without a problem. Only had to update my passwords, rearrange some icons, and fix my contacts because of Facebook.

I know how to not show Facebook in contact list and un-link for each individual contact.

Anyone know of a much easier way or a way to stop this other than what I posted above?

Hello, I was just wondering about these leaks. I used an autoloader for this new update since my phone was bricked and I've been waiting for a device for 11 days from Rogers. I successfully loaded 10.2 and downgraded to this one since 10.2 wasn't working well for me - but my question is it possible to install updates with a leaked OS after this version or a newer one becomes available on my carrier? I cannot backup the device and only used an autoloader to revive the device to confirm it was a software issue - not hardware - and prefer to run an official OS from my carrier.

I'll think I 'll stick to 4687 for now- VERY stable , great battery life and no issues. I down "sized" from 2. 1047, as nice as the enhancements were- too much else didn't work for me like Hotspot (I'm a STL-4).

I can wait for a more stable 2.0 which should be around the corner- Just my experience and opinion

Thanks for the leak! So far looks like a great base to stay on.. waiting for official 10.2
The whole process went on fast and smooth (upgraded from 10.1.0.4687, flawless restore from 10.1.0.4687, all native/sideloaded apps work as should, all functions seem to be in good order.
Battery life to be seen..
Radio signal strength though has been moving up and down. In case it doesn't settle - can I replace the file with it's brother from 10.1.0.4687? Will it work?
UPD:
So far all connections seem stable and clean. Battery life seems just as fantastic as with .4687. USB to PC became immediate, before it took a few minutes. And this is first leak that flawlessly restored all linked contacts

I occasionally lose the Blackberry icon from the top of the screen & have to restart WiFi to get it back, should I be worried?

Tbh I don't know, but I'm inclined to think it will still the same as before
