Sometimes it's buggy when it first initiates the runtime

Big thanks to you and Black Scorpion. I uninstalled the two OP bars from my device using chrome, did a hard reset and then restarted the process. Looks like it's working now. Thanks.

People have to realize that they do not have to uninstall any previous runtime bars before installing these. It will overwrite whatever was on there before.

PS what program can I use to unrar this on my commodore vic20?
