Can I side load the needed files for the black hub on 10.2.0.1803?

I plan on picking up a Z30 when it's available and will make it my primary device. Then I will use my Z10 for testing leaks before moving them to my Z30.

Black hub as in nothing shows its all black and you can't see anything. Not quite sure you want that

No radio (no telephone) . . . but Japanese input DOES work on my Z10 with leaked OS 10.2.1.845. Instead of trying to transplant bar files from 10.2.1.845 to 575, perhaps you had better add radio files onto 10.2.1.845, I suppose. Sincerely,

No problem with the leak but wanted no make a request I noticed my display brightness on 10.1 was way way way better then it is now with 10.2 the slider just slides along an no noticeable change untill it maxed and it still no were near as bright as it was before.
Q10SQN100-3/10.2.0.1791 so I hope that could be addressed
