No you can't remove the pin watermarks but after 15 mins it's like they never existed.

As android sideloaded apps are not official BlackBerry apps, they are usually not supported by backup/restore and it's strongly recommended to uninstall them before upgrade and resideload them after install (however, you will loose the app data).

Ya. I know that. I am not talking about that.
Actually the problem I was facing that is after restoring android runtime was changing as it was from 10.2 to 10.1

Android apps will have to be side loaded again that I know

This release has some sort of nasty bug in hub which causes it to burn heavy cpu cycles and I think it's related to using the threaded listing mode. Seems like it spends a lot of effort trying to identify the message group that new messages belong to and gets hung. You can drag your finger from the battery icon down to see a cpu info overlay, and twice to get a graph.
Manual-refresh Caldav events also seem to disappear after an hour or so (issue since early 10.2 leaks). You have to refresh the calendar manually to get your events back. There may be a hidden expiration on calendar events which conflicts with the whole concept of 'manual' updating. If there is, it is too tight.

Thanks for this leak...some features are nice but I have too many issues going on. I love my music and had to sideload bars to make it work. Now I find that my pictures are not showing up when I snap them. I have reverted back to 1767 now and all of the pictures I snapped have suddenly reappeared. LOL. Gotta love these leaks. Looking forward to the next BIG one without the pin watermarks...

Sad to hear you had to went back to 1767, i've had no issue with the photo app (and to speak of the video player, I almost never shoot videos, so the possibility of not seeing the videos I shoot doesn't bother me at all), but these are the leaks, they are sometimes far from being perfect .

I really liked the "go to date" function but the other issues are what swayed me back to the previous leak. I was on 1761 and absolutely loved it. I decided to try 1767, since I heard it was similar...Seems I always have problems with the leaks with the pin watermarks...gonna have to stay away from them from now on and wait for something more stable. But I'm a "geek" and have to try all the latest and greatest to see how it is for myself.

Yep, FM radio WILL be available soon(tm) on all devices created after the Z10, but there is still a chance the Z10 will get it at some point since the chip seems to support it. People who have followed the Miracast or Wifi Direct episodes will probably roll their eyes...
Sounds like early mover disadvantage all over again.

The restores 'break' things more times than none, I always start fresh now, ultimately it is your choice.
My restore worked perfectly for the first time with this build. Probably cuz I finally followed the instructions

Just root your device via an Android exploit sent via adb shell, then edit the navigator settings to remove the PIN. Easy peasy.

Decided to bump back over to 1767. Running much hotter on this leak, maybe 3-5 degrees. During the initial install I though my phone was going melt the back plate. Signal has been very jumpy (AT&T) and calls aren't as clear as they have been on previous leaks; which is strange, since this has the same radio as 1767.
