its obvious that this is not a good release because most installers are reverting to 1767.

10.2.0 is under feature freeze and any releases after 1725 are just to spit shine the OS. However, 10.2.1 is under active development; some things may be broken, some things may be dropped, no guarantees.

As I see it, this OS is good only for experimenters or people wishing to pick a few bar files out of it to sideload over their current 10.2.0 installs. Things should look better in builds after this, but stick with 10.2.0 as a daily driver.

It's not about good or bad. This is a very early build. Anyone who ran 10.2.0.xxx will tell you it was the same. As we pass .1xxx it will become more stable.

Can someone explains what is the USB Printer support that had been removed? Does that mean that currently we can print directly to printer/!!
I don't know if drivers were ever supported but I think usb otg does support printing.

That's a good point! As long as leaks are experimental/test/under developing etc versions of the os, we should expect both improvements and bugs. You want impromevements-install a leak (but be aware of the fact that errors/bugs might appear). You want stability, stick to the official os, but you'll have to wait (sometimes months) until the features from leak versions will be available .

few days with this leak, i will be hanging on to it few issues i found out so far:
    1. Hub problems, lagging while typing mail sometimes, when i start typing person name for mail, it lagged few times so far
    2. Once something bugged and in bottom left corner it showed something like utility program in which were data with procesor usage, available ram etc etc. I tried to take snapshot, but it was hidden on picture
    3. Overall smoothnes went a bit down, cause it stutters from time to time
    4. Desktop mode in browser (in youtube especially) is slow and buggy

    Model STL100-3 running 10.2.1.476

Downloaded following directions and everything works well. Was able to restore data (i have LOADS of calendar appts) - no problems whatsoever with the new OS. Entered another 15 or so new appointments and tried to perform a backup via LINK (version 1.2.0.12). LINK crashes and cannot perform backup.

    Any suggestions???

Figured it out!! I tried to load the latest version of LINK (1.2.0.28) and my computer did not have sufficient memory to load the program. So I deleted a few programs including old backups, loaded LINK and voile' - the backup worked! Guess the lack of available memory was causing LINK to crash

I think the Squircle was behind my success

Not that's it's not a "good release" but it is in early stages. A new branch with new ways of trying some things (obvious with how there are some noted differences). It has been stated several times it's a "bleeding edge" build.
Yes there are bugs, but overall there are some smoother parts to how this runs and other mind numbing "really?" parts. But, again this is a leak, not official. Take what you want from it, and remember you don't HAVE to install .
Early 10.2.0 and even 10.1 had issues... that's how things get worked out. you got to try. Kudos to the people who write these os' and try to make it better. Could always just wait for an American carrier to push one also.
And in no way am I attacking before I hear that again. Just trying to shine a little light.

I had to revert to .1767 as I had serious lag in the hub. Nice to play with it for the few days that I had it installed. Thanks for this and others Team BL, looking forward to the others.

So, it was posted before many times, but it might be useful for newer users.
If you swipe once from the battery icon you will see a status of the system, one more swipe and you will see a graphic and once more to clear the screen of these pieces of information.
Also, these are not available on screenshots (if you leave them on, they will appear no matter where in the menu/app you are). So I've taken 2 photos just to show how they look.

So far so good with this leak for me. It solved my main gripe from. 1047 and that was the issue in contacts where it wouldn't save the settings. Now when you turn off Facebook, Twitter contacts, etc, they stay off when you open the contacts app again.

I'm guessing they mean the usage for ram, cpu and fps. Maybe?
