After 2 weeks I gave up 1443.
Pro: n/a
Cons: Battery drain & sloow charging, weak signal, phone app frozen, cant add contact from new # fr sms, camera frozen when opened from App.
I want a tool not toy

It has been recommended several times not to restore. From scratch is the best.

I pretty certain that the warning stated to not Restore from a 10.1 Backup !!

I am having an issue with my AOL e-mail account. Verizon STL-100-4. Did clean install of 1443 and did not restore from backup. AOL sets up but then disconnects. Input password and works for a little while and then disconnects. Facebook, twitter and work e-mail no issues. Have used almost all leaks and this is a first. Any ideas?

Thanks. Tried that method but no go. Going to do reinstall and security wipe and see if that fixes problem.

Bad habits die hard; just installed the 10.2.1.200. Let's hope the battery life has improved in this latest leak. I am seeing a serial number on all four corners of the screen which was not the case with the other leaked versions even after changing the wallpaper. Any suggestions on how to remove that? Will report back on the 1.200 after 24hrs when the devise has settled. I hope I don't have to go back to the 10.1.

Hi. I had the same issue with 10.2.0.1047 and was prompted by DarcyTallGuy to try 1443 as a fix. I did and had the same issue for a few hours, but then it went away. In fact, I just had an hour long conference call with no issue. I had headphones on, but made a couple other calls just using the handset and it seems to be gone.

I don't know for sure this is true, but it seems the OS has a lot of kinks to work through when you first download it. Accounts, contacts, and calendar syncing, etc can all require some massaging, e.g. I had to delete an account and reinstall it to get my calendar to work and to get the contacts to show up. My email showed up and then disappeared after a hard reset. I know Berryleaks said the phone is working through things for the first couple days, and I think the phone issue you're having and I had might be part of it. I would try a hard reset followed by a backup and see if that works. I'll bet the phone issue clears up with that or just some time.

I've been on 1443 since the day it was available, installed after a wipe and no data restore. It's been pretty solid and very good battery life. I even keep LTE and Blue tooth on all the time and I can easily make it through the day into the evening. Unplugged at 8 AM and I have 63% battery at 5:20.

Normal use, about an hour of phone, some surfing, email and Facebook and the Stocks app always running.

Haven't run into any serious bugs, pretty impressed!

If contact actually u can do sync to your email account so u no need to restore
But call logs it will be gone

Installed this leak, worked fine for first few days, then my screen went to blue before shutting down completely with out rebooting. Did this twice. I decided to do a swipe and start anew. Was working fine until later that evening as I opened the browser it turned off on me completely. Solid red led, no reboot. Held down power button for a few seconds, turned back on. Went about my evening. Next morning, alarm goes off as usual, I open one email and it shuts down again, only this time it does not turn back on at all. Tried a battery pull as well, nothing. Took into AT&T, they checked for liquid damage, tested my battery on a demo and worked fine. They replaced my Z10. Was working fine with the latest AT&T 10.1 OS. I stubbornly installed this leak again today, was working as usual with the update, then tonight while on a call it just shuts off on me again. No reviving it as before. Guess I'll have to take it back to AT&T in the morning. Anyone else have this issue. Anyone have any suggestions besides resisting the urge to install another update?

Before giving up completely, I suggest you try the existing Wu-Wei hybrid autoload and post-autoload files 1425-1372 under the sticky thread, b@stard 10x hybrids, in this group. I think it's very reliable and stable if you have 100-2-3-4.

I can't keep up with you! Yes, I suspect 1725 will be better than the hybrid, even, but I hadn't seen it when I wrote the above post. Guess I'll have to upgrade myself, now, from my trusty 1047/1048/1443 hybrid. It's already almost two weeks old.

Sounds to me like a bit of bad luck mate. From what I'm reading, I'd rely only on official updates. I don't know what else to say.
