Issue/Question: I have been using this leak last 3 days and had no issue at all. All of a sudden all my messages and emails in hub disappeared. I did a hard-reset, removed accounts and did setup accounts again, but no go. Any help? Thanks

What mail type of account did you use?, have you viewed your mail using your PC?

Two things on battery life.

1. Q10 battery life is going to automatically be 25-30% more from the start than the Z10. Due to the bigger battery. My guess is people getting 20 hrs plus are on a Q.

I would really like to know how. I have the Z10, STL4 ALSO.. Best I ever have gotten is 16 is hours, and that was on 10.1.0.4xxx

I do run a BES account and think that is a small part of my battery experience.

I have no clue what I'm doing that would be special. I am no longer on BES, so not sure if that is why. As I posted earlier, I've used BlackBerry almost since the inception and have never had such great battery life.

Moderate use and holster I get a constant 16+ I have seen near 20. I count to the 20% warning also. I'm running one yahoo and 2 Gmail, fb, twitter, cb10, BBM (and part of the "battery killer" group lol) and Web browser all always open/running. So it is possible.

Having problems with signal on my second day. Keeps dropping out of H which was good on the 10.1. So frustrating may go back to 10.1 Also dont know how to install the unlocked runtime. Its mostly the computer I am using which is XP, I can't find and follow any folder destinations the tuts and devs tell me.

Please help or I will go back to 10.1 which is a shame

Can someone give me just one clear instruction on how i go back to 10.1 if need be or even back a previous link, i can follow instructions pretty easy if someone would just help me out with this. You should have backed up with Link, it should do it for you. I hope there shouldn't be too many problems certainly hope my signal would be stronger. Something has drastically changed as its rarely above 2 bars on H and often cuts out and goes back to GPRS. Ridiculous as I was getting 7mpbs last night on 10.1

Easy, download any 10.1 autoloader from the forums that you like for your phone model. Unzip, connect your phone to your pc, double click autoloader, wait for a few mins..

Nope didnt back up via link before going to 10.2 the reason being i dont care for anything installed on the phone, everything i have is backuped with gmail and stuff so i always like a fresh phone anyway. Okay so pretty much just download 10.1 offical version and just load it the same.....

Please don't give advice if you don't know what you're talking about; having backed up with Link or not has nothing to do with the option to go back to 10.1. All a person has to do with that is either load another 10.1 leak or choose the option Reload OS through Link. You do not need to have a backup to choose that option.

As for your own issue, there are several things that could play a part. OS is just one of them. Signal was good yesterday? Have you made sure it's not a temporary issue with your carrier? Have you tried rebooting? Did you do a security wipe after install?

Are they still on webmail/server? Have you checked your hub settings to make sure the accounts are selected to show up in the hub? Do you see the messages if you click the separate mail accounts in the hub sidebar?

Yes they are on the webmail server. I have logged in from my PC. I use only one email account. I have checked the hub settings too. Beside emails, hub went empty. Like no calls history, no txt history, no facebook notifications, I mean it is completely empty.

It's a hotmail account. Yes i checked it through PC, emails are there. Like i said above not only emails. All messages disappeared from hub.

Yes I did that too. Still only shows couple new messages i got recently.

I keep seeing a lot of batt "issues" the longer. One runs on this, the better I'm getting. It's 930 by me now, been off charger since 9am, just near the 20%warning and had pretty moderate use, several pics taken which is normally a killer on my Z. Plus it's much smoother, just missing the squircle

STL2 OS10.2.0.1047. Wipe, no restore

Same here, 1047 build battery performance was approx 50% better for me !! However, that said, I want to stay with 1447 as it offers so many bug fixes and functionnal corrections over 1047.

I just realized headphones don't work after this install. I think I saw this posted many miles back (around post 255, or so). I also get wifi signal showing, but Internet for Crackberry App not available- can't open forums or refresh. Use browser, and it's there.

Only thing that looks different for mine is I actually installed twice.. I tried with restore and miserable at best performance... reloaded over itself and now been flying.

On Q10SQN100-3/10.2.0.1443, I found in couple of android apps downloaded from BlackBerry World like IM+ Pro or Data Vault, am not able to use the "&" symbol while using password... anyone face that problem?
