Trying to download this but MEGA keep freezing. Anyone else experience this where MEGA will free in the middle of downloading? Not sure what causes this....

That's discrimination because I bought a BlackBerry z10 without know it will be ztl-1. You should be polite and also give BlackBerry 10.2 to all BlackBerry ten user. If you don't understand how leaks work, let me explain.

We get the leaks from an inside source at BlackBerry. We don't always get one for the STL100-1 variant of the Z10. We don't control what we get. IF we get and STL100-1 variant OS we will release it. Until then...

IMHO, I think you have misinterpretation here.
The decision to create Z10 version (STL100-1/2/3/4) is done by BlackBerry as producers, and nothing to do with the developers.
How you get your STL100-1 also nothing to do with the developers.
This leaks developed by Berry Leaks as developer, not by BlackBerry as producers.

All you have to do is just patient. Developers will create leak for STL100-1 someday (just what they did with 10.2.0.1047)
Developers not put STL100-1 as priority is for reasons.

Yes and no. We don't 'develop' the leaks...we get them and we forward them on to you to use. So, we can't just develop a working STL100-1 OS. We have to wait til we get one from our source.

I hope you will understand this. They cannot give out/leak out/put out/ or keep away from, something they never had in the first place.

Perhaps now would be a great time to apologize to the team for your misunderstanding. Doing so quickly will show good faith on your part that you made a mistake, it will keep tempers calm (maybe) and it might save a kitty cats life - I like kitty cats.

On a different note... if BB will put back the ability to create groups in contacts so I can group sms then I'm only 2 more steps away from upgrading my 9810 to a Q10 too!! I need the weather app to display temp on the home screen without being open and I need ColorID to run headless (may sound trival but there is a legitimate reason I NEED colored - and I don't want to have to "swipe" over it to get from home screen to hub.

Yup, I'm on Verizon too and got the same squelches you're quoting but on Handset mode, not Speakerphone. Doesn't seem to do it with Bluetooth, just other end complains that I'm either muffled or sound like a robot.

Has happened on the other 10.2 leaks as well, but not on 10.1 that I can remember...

damn, i remember this happened to me on a previous leak, and it sucked... I'm on verizon too and downloading now (finally found a mico usb cable), not sure if i'll keep this build if that happens to me

Sorry if this has been answered already, I'm still catching up. I'm able to upload (from my gallery, if that makes a difference over taking one in app) using Instagram 4.1.2.

Edit: I haven't had to do the crazy two version install thing, either. Am I special somehow? I can't remember where I got the apk, but I did everything else following xsacha's method.

Edit 2: tried taking a pic in app and uploading, and that worked, too.

Edit 3: I can edit and upload videos from my gallery through 4.1.2; however, if I try to record in app it works, but crashed not just the app, but forced a reboot of my phone too, when I reached the edit step.

And, just in case someone doesn't believe my version (not sure if that would happen, but just in case):

Has the BBM Video chat been fixed? Me and the gf are on 10.2 and we get the annoying feedback/echo. This was not present in 10.1. Anybody test this out?

Never had that problem with 1047 haven't tried it with this one yet though

Out of the blue, the bottom bar that used to appear in android apps has disappeared. i cant recall if i had done anything special. i havent loaded any new os files. still running leak 1047

Yes doing the token route works well also... I have just been too lazy to get the newer apk and do it... I sideload all my stuff in two phases anyways so to me the lazy way (as I call it for myself) works fine. I can do all I want on it.
And yes I I know how to use a token, it is just out of sheer laziness at this point haha
