I did some research into release dates and times relative to the announcement of an SDK release. Turned up nothing but I've concluded it may be tomorrow, thanksgiving (or the day before) or the 28th. Also since 10.2.1.1055 has been leaked, there is a good chance it may come sooner than a Thursday. So standby!

Just out of curiosity, when the sdk beta drops alongside the new 10.2.1 dev OS won't the OS be a higher build that. 1055? So assuming it is can't we just take the os + radio of the dev OS install it on our devices, and side load the. 1055 apps (since dev OS' are usually bare).

By installing the higher build, I'm assuming that BlackBerry would have had a little more time to fix core OS bugs. Unless it is a lower build than .1055 like .1020 (for example). But I guess it would all depend on the build date... lets just wait and see

Thought I'd update, I finally decided to load the os on my stl2 z10 as I don't make a lot of calls anyway and I can wait seems there will be a radio file soon so wooo! I've tried several games that I wanted to play and a few didn't work for example black ops zombies and even plants vs zombies with the obb work around BUT Simpson tapped out works smoothly straight from install and I also found out mods on games work as well now.

So seems like there's still some things that don't work but a majority does and it's come along way.

Can't wait for it to be a complete os but I think I shall keep it on my phone and wait for the radio now I made the jump

Oh also installed and had no data problems or any bugs my media player works and everything!
