i don't think mms is linked to any bar files directly, maybe you want to check your mms settings on the phone?

I see a sys.uri.txtmessaging but idk if this os has both SMS and mms in one but other than that I can't receive or send any pictures using this os.

It's usually the apn settings that cause that did you wipe the phone by chance I've had that happen with leaks when I wiped but didn't reinstall the autoloader again after.

No I backed up the phone I loaded the 10.2.1. And I restored and txt go thru but I can't send mms I can send pics thru BBM but that's probably since BBM it's its own thing.

Re MMS:
Search Google for your carrier's mms settings and reinput them in Hub->settings->text settings->mms

Pretty sure that'll fix the problem
