The problem in your case is, Bell never sold the STA100-3, so they aren't pushing updates for it. I have a STA100-5 direct from BB on Koodo, and I never gets any updates from Koodo because they never sold this model. In order for me to receive an update, I need to either use Sachesi or put in a sim from a carrier that sold that model.
Heads up all after installing everything was great until I added new music through mass storage mode. Stopped reading my 64gb media card. Would just endlessly say scanning media card when I opened the photo or music app. The card still had all the files on it as they could be seen on my pc. Had to copy them all to the desktop and then erase and reformat the card and move everything back. Everything is working fine now.

I got my Rogers update today.. Mind you, it didnt get pushed to me, I went checking for it and it was there.
Rogers update saying 10.2.1.2977 and not 10.2.1.3247.
I am currently on
Software Release: 10.2.1.2941
OS Version: 10.2.1.3175
Can some one explain this?
.2977 is the release, .3247 is the OS.
It's live: Z10 AND Q10. Rogers (Toronto)

No issues at all. Multiple music tracks, genres, videos and speaker phone loaded before & after not one have me this issue.
When claim lie this happens u need to ask such questions for isolation or proper troubleshooting.

I ended up upgrading yesterday and I've not noticed any issues. So it's all good.
I just noticed a fix. My only issue with my Z10 and the flick typing has been resolved. When you flick the last word in a sentence, then switch to the symbol page for a question mark or exclamation point, you had to backspace once for the punctuation to appear directly after the last word. It always worked properly with a period and comma, but as soon as you switched the keyboard to the other symbols, you had to backspace. Resolved after this last update. Thank you BlackBerry!
Did you have the previous update installed? If not, then this update incorporated that one too.

After an upgrade to os 10.2.1.3247 my z30sta100-2 now lasts only 10hrs on 3g pls help nd it keeps going hot. What do I do pals?
Based on my experience that's normal. Theres a lot of work going on "under the hood" re-indexing and organizing by the os. It will calm down within a few hours, at most a couple days.

Hope so cos I just got it, it's barely a week
I went back to this version after many many days of testing with my
z10 STL100-3 and radio from AT&T version 2274. With 3247 OS
bar & 2274 radio I am now happy with the long battery life. Android
apps all work and the OS is snappy. WiFi doesnt drop at all. I
will stay here till 10.3 comes out in a full version (Leak or Carrier)
I am done with looking foir a better 10.2..

Just run an autoloader for desired OS, then do a wipe to remove old data and then set up from scratch all
apps to get a clean install. You may be able to use a back up but sometimes it will cause issues when
reverting back.
