I updated to 10.2.1.2228 and Bedside Mode no longer works properly. It does not turn off notifications when placed in Bedside Mode. I have searched and see that others have had this issue but have not seen if it has been fixed in later OS releases.

I updated the day before AT&T released their update. Can anyone tell me if this issue is resolved in the AT&T release?

Have you gone into clock settings and verified that notifications in bedside mode are set to off?

Have you rebooted your device lately?

You can't even turn on any notifications other than phone calls in bedside mode. Bedside mode turns off all notifications and the only option is to turn on phone calls so they ring.
