Lol are you kidding :D stl100 q is not poor it is just a different chip to support other signal e.g low signals in some countries. I am using official. 10.2.0.1791 on my stl 100 1 :) if you didn't receive notification you can update to latest with sachup :)

What nonsense u talking about? 10.2 is official and release for all devices. Talk to your carrier if you haven't gotten it yet. Some carriers suck, that is when you choose someone else.
My Z10 STL100-1 runs beautifully on official 10.2.0.1791 downloaded OTA from my carrier in Peru. If you did not get it thorough your carrier, use Sachesi. It is not a leaked one, and the download is perfect. I used Sachesi for downloading 10.1.0.4xxx prior to official 10.2 from my carrier.
