I can make bbm voice calls to all my bbm contacts while I am within the bbm app. But when I browse my contacts only half have the option to make a voice call over bbm. I have added the pins to all contacts the same way.

Do they all have the ability to BBM voice, i.e. they have devices/OSes that can actually use this feature? Also, maybe they have the "on WiFi only" option selected?
They all have the newest bbm yes. I don't know about the wifi option.

I noticed only BlackBerry users can be seen in the contacts app for voice calls
