    BBM doesn't start up after the upgrade to 10.2
    It is stuck at "associating BBM with the BlackBerry ID" screen spinning for ever.

    Battery pull done - no luck

    Any other tip?

    i quess not. i cannot find the delete button for BBM in Blackberry World.

    I have doe a battery pull, many restarts, Swipe, reset the Blackberry ID password ..
    None of then solved the issue -

    It just spins on the "Associating BBM with Blackberry ID" ..
    Please help. :-)

    yes it is known issue in leak os forum people who stuck with associating with bbid solve the issue with installing bbm channel

    funny. i did a SW Reload to 10.1 , still having same issue.
    Is my BB id messed up?
    doing a wipe now and will try with a new BB ID.

    with the new BB id also - same issue with BBM .
    after SW ReloaD TO 10.1,
    security wipe - all done but same problem - BBM stuck at "Associating BBM toi your BlackBerry ID"

    -- now, is there any problem with BBM server?

    It just started working OK today .....
