    Just wanted to know if BBM is still secure without the blackberry services as it still works on BB10.

    Does BBM still run threw a blackberry NOC or just the same as WhatsApp now without a blackberry service subscription?

    As far as I know, BBM on BB10 still uses the NOC.

    All BlackBerry services still go through BlackBerry's servers so yeah, that minimum level of security remains.
