I had to reinstall my operating system yesterday (10.2.1.3175 OS, 10.2.1.3140 radio, STL-100-4), and since then, my BBM hasn't worked. It loaded up fine and all my contacts and channels repopulated, but I haven't been able to send or receive any messages (just a check next to the message, no D or R), and my groups will not refresh. Is anyone else having this problem? Or something similar. It's possible it wasn't working before I ran the OS autoloader, as I don't use BBM all that much, but that's when I noticed it. Thanks!

BBM has been acting pretty strange lately. It's a global issue. And it seems to come and go randomly. There are other threads about similar problem with BBM, so you are not alone here. Your OS is most likely totally fine as well as the BBM app itself. The root of the issue probably lurks within BlackBerry servers. Some think it's connected with BBRY preparing for the release of new BBM app.
