Try uninstalling it, rebooting and reinstalling it through appworld.

you have to be on latest 1925 in order to get BBM10.3 working.

I do have an update to 1925 but will my existing android apps work with same...save file like a game called clash of clans...I don't won't to loose the progress in that game...

I'm having the same problem. I'm using the leaked 1055. What do I need to do to get it back working??? I'm on Tmobile in the US so I don't get OTA updates.

I have read yes and steps on how to do it but everyone who has tried post back that it does not work...looks like loading the newest OS is your best bet. It is what I am going to do, I just hope a restore works because I do not want to spend the entire day re-setting up my phone. I will let you know how it goes.

Because BlackBerry didn't give you OS 1055, you used an unreleased leak.

BBRYs hands aren't clean in the mishap. BlackBerry made the leak available to ppl so we wouldn't stay disappointed and leave the platform. Nobody broke into the build and stole the OS at gun point lol. BlackBerry made a mistake in this latest BBM update and I think they'll fix it with the next few days.

Guys with BBM problems please backup your phone using BlackBerry link and update using BlackBerry link. No one can guarantee you wont lose your android saved game but you really really should update to 10.2.1.1925

If you do a full backup with BlackBerry Link then update with the auto loader and do a full restore from the backup it works flawlessly! I know most people tell you to so a fresh install and not a restore but with such a small jump in OS numbers I risked it and was VERY glad I did! I went from 10.2.1055 to the newest .2141 release.
