It's a Passport too , No i don't have anything at the top of my screen an H + 5 bar signals
what do I do? - I also did a hard reboot with volume buttons. Should I try soft reboot?

Bell Voice and Data it says under mobile network. It's not connecting to BBM it appears. No BB logo in top right... hmmm....

I even tryed connecting to wifi and Blackberry Service for BBM is not working.... whats the deal? does anyone know?

Don't nuke it just yet lol. If you don't have the logo in the top right that means you're not connected to BB servers. That's why BBM isn't working.

Did it happen right after you update to this 10.3.2 version?

Yes that is correct. Its not working for 10.3.2.2204 OS

Mine does that sometimes, but I just turn my WiFi and Mobile Network off and then on again and it fixes it. If that doesn't work, try going to Settings > About > Network > Three dots > Resync Configuration.

How did you update? If you used sachesi I'm pretty sure you missed some files. Put coreos radio and extracted apps all in one folder and drag and drop. Sometimes if they're not all loaded at once, this could happen

It happens to me too, i just reinstall everything and it work without any problems and was connected to BlackBerry server.

Wow buddy, let's not go around suggesting CFP Nuke to everyone. Only experts should be using cfp

^ Like Pdinos3 suggested, you more than likely didn't load the full OS, hence it's causing problems
I guess that's one of the consequences of not making your own update packages

The problem is because you missed some file when sachesi-ing due to error when loading wallpaper file. Ignore the file and load the rest
