    I downloaded the new update from BBW and now all I get is a frozen blank screen. How can I re-download it again since it can't be deleted like other apps? Thanks for any help.

    Are you running a leaked version of BB10? That has been the main culprit for BBM not working.

    Have you checked the "BBM " section here at Crackberry for all the other threads like this one?
