    some of my bbm contact who is using blackberry OS 10 is showing (phone call icon) only is like blackberry 9900
    they not showing video call icon

    This is so odd. The BBM icon keeps appearing then disappearing randomly through out the day on non BB10 contacts but I know they have BBM voice since I use it with them regularly.

    Some of my BBM contacts that I know have a BB10 device either the icon turns green or goes grey even though I am on a network and wifi.

    One of our Z10's had data roaming off and in a roaming area at the time of missing icon. If your carrier is having issues and you go to roaming it may do this also.
