    Hey guys so I think Channels is taking off so well because there is this latent demand for BBM users to actually share links and status' with their BBM network. I like keep channels as more of a fan page type thing. But I was thinking it would be really cool and useful if BBM allowed users to make personal BBM status updates with pictures, web links, GIFs, as well as the ability to tag other BBM users and allow others to like and comment on status updates from the "updates" tab.

    I've already gone ahead and opened a feature suggestion on the BETA zone. If you feel like it's a feature that would be good I recommend you like my feature suggestion so that it gets noticed by the BBM Channels team.
