    After experiencing BBM as a memory hog and battery killer, I now get the "temporary server error" notification. I've restarted the phone, to no avail. Works fine on my iPad so what gives? How do I troubleshoot this issue?

    Perform a soft reset by holding down the volume up and down keys simultaneously for about 20 secs. if that doesn't resolve the issue, then you may need to sideload a BBM BAR file which is compatible with your OS.

    Soft reset did not change anything. Able to access via iPad as normal.
