    I'm seeing thing declined soon as I send invitation, so bbme users have to invite bb10 users is that correct? Is that only way?

    That's what happened to me. Try sending the invite by email or text msg and see

    I'm on bb10 and it seems that they can invite me by pin but not the other way around

    But sorry if I ask, isn't BBM consumer ended on Android, iOS and also BlackBerry 10? 'Cause I think the only remaining working is BBme right?

    BBM still exist on BB10 only
    BBMe on Android and iOS

    @The_Passporter sent me PIN request from BB10 and kept getting declined. I was able to send request from BBMe to his BB10 device successfully.

    This was BB10 to BBMe for iOS and then BBMe for iOS to BB10 specifically.
