If I enter same text into a message field in BBM and leave the conversation without sending it, that BBM draft is not shown in the Hub. Drafts for SMS and email are shown always. Is that a bug or intended behavior, please?

Most likely just not implemented; whatsapp conversations do the same exact thing.

Intended behavior unfortunately.
Please provide evidence that it's intended, as I firmly believe it to be an oversight.

The fact that it's always been that way would suggest that it is working as intended.
In all my time in the various BBM beta programs, I have never seen this feature requested. As a result, I would imagine it's not even on BlackBerry's radar.
