Cannot seem connect any of my BB10 devices except Z30: and I am simultaneously logged in on Keyone!!
My wife receives messages from both, but the response is going to the Z30..its bizzare. And the server on Z10 and Passport and Q10 refuse to connect.
Yet I managed to update my password hint question and answer connected to my Blackberry ID with the Z10, so clearly I'm able to communicate with server.

I just discovered that my Z30 is running an older version of BBM : 10.15.6.4 via the Blackberry World app check for 'installed apps', and then the ' device monitor statistics'

yes, that's what I am getting. I also noted all the BB10 devices except my Z30 are on the later BBM version- which doesn't seem to want to update. however even if I disable the Android version or even turn off all the other devices, none of the BB10 devices will log in on the later versions once logged out

you can no longer switch from Android Android /iOS BBM back to BB10 or Enterprise BBM. you will need to creat a new BBID. best to create new ID on Android or iOS so you can keep all your BB10 apps. this has been confirmed by Emtek and BlackBerry

Hi. Rick, Which bbm email support do you send to? I did the same thing in windows bbm and can't swuthc back to my passport

I got the usual automated reply, that a 'ticket' had been created for my issue.

I'm awaiting the response, and looking around for solutions. It's definitely due to the latest BBM update. I can still use it on Z30 because it's running a lower version: the current version is 10.15.... but 10.14... version still works. I am thinking of ways to downgrade the BBM version, like restoring from a back up. However, I haven't used the desktop software for a while, and unsure if it's still working..

I was proud to be a BlackBerry owner, however the shoddy treatment and utter disrespect displayed by the company has totally lost my support. I have loaded alternate home launcher and disabled all possible BlackBerry software on my Keyone- am treating it as just another Android clone..with a keyboard.

ya, for the first time can . but log in back to apple again, and you cannot enter BBM enterprise anymore. So it cannot log on on BBM10. The reason why i log in back to apple because i need to find back my important chat msg and i though i could use the same method to re log in on BBM10 again.

BlackBerry notified us that after September 25th you can’t move your BBID off a BB10 device to Android or iOS. You couldn’t move the other way (to BB10) before that but no notice that I saw. There’s a thread in here saying that you can migrate back if you make that BBID an Enterprise one but it seems to have stopped working. Enterprise is supposed to give you Multiple Points of Presence (many devices, one BBID) so maybe that’s how it worked?
