    Well thats interesting. Been using BBM this morning and then just now all my contacts and chats on BBM have just dissapeared. Done a reboot and still nothing there.

    Unfortunately this and bunch of other problems with the new OS means I am going to go back to my older Bold.

    Never heard that before. Nor your problem of downloading whatsapp...

    Bad luck?

    I have not experienced problems on the OS... at least nothing major or worth ditching the Z10 for.

    You blame that on the new OS? Are you serious? My contacts are intact.

    Well tell me Kev then who should I blame it on when one min they are all there and next min BBM is blank with no contacts and all chats gone.
