Hi and welcome to CrackBerry!
have you checked the storage card? I would think you could tell BBM where to save the history. In the past it saved the history as an excel type file and not simply a word-looking file. So you might have to dig to find it. Can you set any locations?

I meant BlackBerry 10 platform not older ones.. Before BlackBerry 10 i was able to see from my sd card.
On BlackBerry 10 there's only option save but can't see where it is saved

Good question. I'm using 10.1 and I can't find the history unless I email the chat..and its only the most recent chat
