That I know, but the same update was available for BB10 devices a couple of weeks before, you probably already have it.
Mine is version 10.14.6.9. I'm sure it was not that update.

I'd be quite happy if they fixed the server issues effecting the BBM Shop which means clicking on the Stickers / Emoticons leads to the chat hanging. My contacts on Android Jellybean also experience this issue.

BlackBerry licensed consumer BBM to Emtek they are now developing BBM. I assume they have their own priority on how to move BBM forward.
Emtek didn't license it for BB10 so it sits with Blackberry to devote resources to feature parity.
