Hi guys. I just got my Q10 yesterday, loving the phone to death, but there's something that's missing

I can't set different volume for Calls, and messages... Is only 1 universal volume... Even My old Blackberry 8800 running OS4 had that feature...
Does 10.2.1 add this feature? is there any downloadable app that can change it?

(it sucks because I normaly use MP3 music as ring tone, and normaly MP3 is quieter than message notifications, so I end up loud notfications and quiet calls, when I wanted the oposite, Quiet notifications, and loud calls...)

By default this is not in bb10

I dont know if its in any 3rd party app but you could try (Profile Changer Pro) its $3 but i would contact the dev or wait for someone who has it reply if it has that feature. But 10.2.1 doe's not currently

A workaround that I did - I used Audacity to edit the mp3's to increase and/or decrease the volume of certain mp3 files to cater to my tastes.

I discovered this rather startling omission only this morning, having recently switched to a Q5. I want a loud ringtone but soft alert tones for e.g. email and BBMs.

I've been a BlackBerry user since the 7000 series (i.e. about ten years) and feature neglect is one of the prime reasons their business is slowly unwinding and why loyal customers are finding other platforms: they just don't seem to understand what BlackBerry buyers want any more, and are too desperate for a slice of the lifestyle market that frankly was never within their grasp.

It's really, really sad. For everyone.
