An besides that Snap somehow doesn't recognize that the apps I deleted are still on my phone, it is strange, that the Android Runtime didn't crash when I removed one of the apps directly after I upgraded to the new OS Version...
Is there some kind of log file that I could look into to see, when the first crash happened?
I am familiar with the play book manager. Do I have to do anything else after that? I think a hard reset was mentioned. Sorry for the dumb question but what is a hard reset on bb10?

Ok, just got this for my unlocked Passport SE in Lithuania.
It looks like everyone here is right. Since this update android apps can not be uninstalled just icon from the home screen gone. I still can open android app via Google Play Store, but then I press on "Uninstall" button, Google Play Store looks like it just shut down and restart like this:
and uninstalled android app still works and is not deleted. + is it just me, I see HUGE battery drain after update.
I don't understand why Blackberry send this buggy update for ALL worldwide if they knew this bug with android runtime or did they? Or Blackberry just want to fry BB10 devices so we go to buy Priv, because my become so hot after update with no reason. Can anyone finally share best place to inform Blackberry Team so everyone here could spam them about this HUGE bug they made with last update so they could send us hot fix? We know this issue/bug since December and it looks like crackberry forum is perfect only for "easy to share with community" about issues/bugs we found, but it's pointless place to write our complaints, we need direct place for Blackberry Team to write our complains, issues/bugs so Blackberry Team could finally HEAR US! If anyone knows best place to do this, I/we look forward to your reply. Thanks in advance!

You can also use Sachesi, if you don't want to go through the hoops with Chrome.
Hard Reset is:
Remove battery, wait a few seconds, reinsert battery.
Then power up the device.
For non-removable battery BlackBerry devices, you perform a Soft Reset.
It is the same as a Hard Reset, except it uses a key/button press combo to initiate.
See: Reset a BlackBerry smartphone
NOTE: It is normal for the device to be sluggish and glitchy after a Hard/Soft Reset for up to five minutes, due to it rebuilding caches and restarting background apps and services. So, it is best to just let your BlackBerry sit for five minutes after it has booted up from a Hard/Soft Reset before further trouble shooting.
Sorry, but this place is no different from crackberry's forum it's the same pointless user-to-user forum, crackberry forum got even much better support then Blackberry "support" forum itself.
If you ask something more specific in Device Support Forums - BlackBerry Support Community Forums you will get this kind of the answer:
"Hopefully, this information will be of use to you. No one here, in this user-to-user community, can answer such a "why" question...for we simply are just other users, and have no "insider information" to reveal."
Been there done that years ago. We need direct place so we could contact Blackberry Team directly specially about this kind of bugs.
