My carrier has not pushed the 2876 update. I can only confirm that there have been no changes to 2876 on the BlackBerry servers, and the Android Runtime bug is still there.
Finally got it 7 hours ago. Since I don't use any of android crap on my BlackBerry Passport SE, I believe I have nothing to worry about so called 'android runtime bug'.

I'm sure everyone here is happy for you, in that you have nothing to worry about with respect to the Android Runtime bug.
Unfortunately, those of us who find that their productivity on the BlackBerry is enhanced, or even dependent upon, various Android apps, do have a problem with the Android Runtime in 2876. And that problem isn't limited solely to deleting apps.
Unless and until BlackBerry releases a fixed AR for 2876, I recommend the sideloading of the 2813 AR files.
I haven't received the update OTA, but I can confirm that the current version of OS2876 (sw2836) on the BlackBerry servers is still the same, and still has the Android uninstall issue.
What is the build number, not version, of the one being pushed OTA compared to the one with the Android issue?
No. It sucks, at least on the Z10. Notifications would get stuck in a loop and not stop until I did I reboot. Next time a new version of an app was detected it would get stuck in the loop again. It would try to update android apps installed by Amazon with an older version of the app. Finally deleted it.
I don't know. But logically, there is no other source other than the BlackBerry servers, so it must be the same.
Wrong. Don't forget carrier specific releases that are not on the general BlackBerry server. Also possible they did correct a file, but pushed the build to OTA before making it public on the server. Many possibilities. I am reading post by others saying the OTA build does not have the Android issue. So either they fixed it and pushed it out before making public on the server. Or the problem was never with the build, but with the leak method of installation.

if you're using snap or amazon doesn't look like the apk it's not deleted
but play store it does somehow find it and it shows installed even if it's gone from your screen

In my case, the Amazon app appeared to be deleted but upon checking the Amazon store, it was still installed in my device. On the other hand, when I deleted a Snap (google play) app it is deleted on my desktop and upon checking the Snap app, the app is NOT seen anywhere on the play store lists. Not even the Available list. This is unusual. Anyway, I have gone back to 2813. Once again I should apologize for my hasty reporting on the update being successful. Next time I will be more thorough.
It's worth to install this OS thru OTA. It's much improved and smooth than previously leaked version last month. My experience with leaked version was not good at all, had lot of issues like call delay, calendar time, etc and had to downgrade to 2813. This OTA version is free from all issues and worth to install.
