I currently have BES and exchange server in the company I am leaving. So, if I use 365 in the future, will it be the same?
Would it be an IMAP connection?
And would I get the same functionality?

Also wanted to check if the syncing issue with 365 had been fixed that was mentioned in some posts? And the "switch to airplane mode" trick.

Would you recommend connecting my BB Z30 to 365?

I'm running O365 on my Z10 and have been doing so since Feb 5th. I believe it is pure ActiveSync. Our whole company runs on it with various handsets iOS/Android/BBOS and BB10.
I am not familiar with the syncing problems or the airplane mode trick.

I'll be getting a Z30 on Wednesday.

I have a personal Exchange account and it uses ActiveSync. I have a Z10 and a Z30 and both were set up with no problems. I sync my email, calendar, contacts, notes and tasks to my online account and also with Outlook on my Mac. Notes and tasks for the account are shown in the Remember app as separate folders. Everything syncs almost instantly no matter where I create or edit. Definitely worth $4.00 a month.
