Just ran the app on my Z30, no vulnerability.
However, I am running the latest OS, 10.3.2.2474.
IIRC the "bug" was fixed in one of the previous 10.3.2.xxxx OS'.

So, yes, your device does have the "bug" as your are running 10.3.1.

Well that's the problem with BlackBerry, the update hasn't arrived to everyone..(including me)

And why the apps say you're vulnerable. It just checks access to the attach vector - the SMS/MMS access. It doesn't check if an attack can get further into the system - which it can't because there are no android backend components to the multimedia engine (which is what stagefright accesses to do its thing) - again because BB10 handles all of that.

The android runtime is just a runtime - not a full OS. The stagefright can only affect a full android OS because it digs deeper into an OS looking for things that just doesn't exist on BB10.
