    Hi,
    I was recently working with BB support and had a few reports created. I was wondering if there is any way for me to open them and see what is contained and how to diagnose some of the issues.

    Apparently, with an activesync account trying to reach the server every 15-20 seconds, it is eating up my battery and heats up. I would like to run another report and check once the account is removed. However, I am unable to open the log files. I found them under Documents >> Logs and have a .pb extension.

    Anyone know how to open these logs?

    First off, welcome to CrackBerry!
    Please update your profile to include device, carrier, and location. This makes it easier for others to help you.

    Not that I know of. I think they have a proprietary reader, but hopefully someone with more expertise will see this and answer.

    Have you tried googling ".pb" or "pb extension"?

    Just updated my profile.
    Yes, I have tried searching for that extension and nothing came up.

    BTW, I emailed BB support and they mentioned that the files are encrypted and that only they have access to reading them.

    I know this is an old thread but has anything changed in the past two years? Is there a way to view the log files after you export them?

    Nope, only BlackBerry can still read them
