having problems while syncing contacts between google/mac/q10.

So...
1) google - q10: added a gmail account properly. contacts are correctly downloaded from google, but not to google. I mean...if i create a new contact on google, i'll find it on my q10 a few minutes later. but if i create a contact on my q10, i won't find it on google

2) mac - q10: i don't need to have my contacts directly synced with google (also to save battery). so i'm thinking about not setting google on my phone but on my mac. but i need to sync contact from my phone to my mac address book. so doing, contacts i create on q10 will be sent to address book via usb. i don't find this option on BBlink; I only find the way to send contact from mac to bb10

anyone with better solution?

I know this doesn't answer your question, but how did you send your contact information from a Mac to a bb10? I have the Q, and would love to transfrer information from my Mac Address book to my new phone.
