I have a Passport and an old Playbook. How do I create an entry on the phone to call the video chat application on the Playbook? When I use the PIN the contact app creates a BBM voice entry. I had one contact entry to my brother Playbook that would actually state Playbook Video so I know it is possible. By playing with it, I managed to make it go away.

Anyway, what do I need to enter where to have the contact entry in bb10 show the playbook Video link???

I recently researched this and at first I couldn't find a solution. The PlayBook user can save the contact, and video call the BB10 phone no problem.

The workaround that I found is to just save the hub notification from the PlayBook to BB10 Video call and then use that notification to initiate a BB10 to PlayBook video call.

Using the hub notification does work and that is what I used to use. I wish I had taken a screen shot of the Playbook Video link that appeared on my brother's BB10 entry. Now that it is gone I cannot recreate it.

It's "missing"
Used to be there pre 10.3.. I don't have any devices running 10.2.1 to check though

It's not missing actually. I am using 10.3.1.2072. The Playbook Video contact link simply went away when I changed my brother's contact entry. It looked very much like the one you see for BBM Voice or BBM Video.

The Playbook Video entry came back on its own. I took a screenshot. I have no idea what triggered it coming back, I made no changes that I can recollect. I entered the Playbook's PIN into the PIN field and my brother's Blackberry ID into the field Instant Messaging - Other. I am doing the same with another contact, yet no dice.
