So I was casually searching bb10 on Google (like I do everyday) and i found a link from good reader calming that blackberry Mexico confirmed bb10 for the play book in the next coming weeks!!

I think it will take a long time for BBRY to make BB10 on PB because they are busing with Z10, Q10 and Q5 .

That's possible (and the explanation I would most like to believe). However, it may also be that the Mexico staffer who issued the tweet may have been working from outdated information, or was just plain wrong.

The Dev Alpha A was discontinued for support at an earlier stage of fully functional BB10 OS due to (I'd guess) hardware limitations such as the 1GB of RAM.

The PlayBook has 1GB of RAM.

I'd rather a hardware refresh of the PlayBook capable of a full BB10 OS instead of some BB10 Lite garbage.

All dev devices including dev a will get a stripped and fully fully functional version of bb10 and will be used past the original date of June 30. Meaning devs can use it as a normal phone
