Hi,

Just wanted to check if anyone has been facing issues with BB travel App. Since 10.2.1.xxxx and 10.3.xx ( betas), I have the app not updating with the capture of email, and I have had to manually login to the site travel.blackberry.com to enter the info. Also, once done, the calendar updates or alerts is not happening.
Any advise and observations by others..

Mine seems slower to pick up but other than that, all have gone through.

mine run well on Q10 1130 get notifications and mail processing.

Yes, I'm facing a similar issue. Seems to have stopped syncing flights with the agenda.

It still seem to see emails and put info in the app.

I would love to use it but in the past it would scan my mail and start adding all my archived trips which I keep saved in a folder for tax purposes.
I have been travelling between Alberta and Halifax twice a month for the past 5 years, so you can imagine that once BB Travel starts to add these old emails I get a ton of notifications.

I just started using it recently. Set to scan "with prompt". It did not automatically detect my confirmations (non-English), but I had the option to "share to Travel" in the overflow, and that works fine.

Just got the updated gate information for my flight tomorrow. Followed by a travel itinerary reminder (mail) and it put the entire trip in my Calendar.
I don't know why I never tried this before.

When I set it to Enable with Prompt it proceeds to prompt me to add saved travel back to 2009. I would love to see a feature where you could tell in to only add up coming travel.

I had issues on the last 10.2.1 but 10.3 has worked great so far

I've uninstalled and reinstalled it. Now it's working fine. Everything got synced.

Thanks W_scott, the reinstall worked for syncing with the calendar. Will have to see if it picks up the trip scan.

Just did a trip and had to force the email to [email protected] for it to be added.
