BB Q5 not Showing up on protect.blackberry.com

Hello,

I have a shiny new Q5, and I wanted to set up the protect service, as I liked the similar feature on my old gingerbread phone.
I have enabled the service, location services is ON, I have an account as I'm able to login to the website, but my phone does not show up on there. Any ideas? Thanks

Have you tried a few times? I have seen the server get glitchy at times and it take a few tries to get registered the first time.

I had tried it a time or two, but now it seems to have taken and has appeared. Thanks!
