After uploading the recent 10.3.1.2267 (1581) on my Z10, I see that BB Protect no longer is working. I checked my settings and the setting for activating Protect is set, but a squircle remains going. When I return tot he settings page, it is "off." Occasionally, I get an error message unable to communicate with the BB Protect service. This has been the case for 3 weeks.

Logging in to BB Protect page gives me this message at the top:

"Remote admin commands are not available on archived devices"

I don't know what an archived device is, but this is not on a BES or anything like that. It's my personal phone.

Any ideas? This is an important feature.

I am running a Z10 STL100-4 on Verizon with 10.3.1.2267 and have not had any issues with BB Protect. Never gotten an error message or anything. I just logged into the BB Protect Website and tested it and its working. Was able to locate the phone, play a sound, display a message etc...

Not sure what to tell you other than the obvious, reboot, double check blackberry ID, etc... Perhaps an OS Reload?

I logged in and tested 10.3.1 on Z30 as well and all is good. Passport still on 10.3.0 and no issues their either.

Wonder if it has something to do with an ATT service (unlocked) and a Rogers OS?
