Has anyone noticed that their BlackBerry Protect is set back to the default OFF after a restart of the phone?

This is happening to me on 10.2.0.1047. I've turned Protect on three times and restarted three times, and each time, BlackBerry Protect is set back to OFF after the restart. Don't know if this happened when I was on 810... Just want to get a confirmation to see if a re-install is in order.

This is a known issue, you won't need to reinstall... we just have to wait it out until it gets fixed

Not if you're on 1047 it's not... Restart your device, come back and tell me that...

Same for wifi. Off after a restart. A "known issue" for this build.

This depends on your device. For Verizon users on STL 04 users it seems to turn ON after a reboot even if wifi was previously off... BB Protect turns off after restart on my device though

Yeah, Wi-Fi is not something that's an issue for everyone... Just Protect....

Pili said it works for her, and someone else (sorry if you are reading this, else, I'm too tired to go find your name). I do think most people are affected though.

I didn't realize about the wifi issue, but just tried it and yes, the wifi settings is toggled to OFF after a restart.

No big deal compared to the Protect though.

My BB protect remains on after reboot... guess the first ones were off... wi fi some times is on others off... what is a pain for me is that my outlook account gets disconnect many times and I need to delete it, restart and add it
