    On a Passport (2205) ...

On the phone app if press the vertical three dots in the bottom right-hand corner, then Settings, then Call Forwarding, I'll see 4 options to forward a call (always, when busy, when I don't answer, when my phone is powered down).

Once you enter a number there, it cannot be deleted from the drop down list later on.

Even if you do it manually via a *21*number# + SEND. Blackberry is caching this in a protected area.

HOW DO I DELETE these entries?

The only thing that gets rid of them is a wipe.

I don't see a way to do it. When selecting Call Forwarding it takes a bit to load like it is accessing the data from somewhere. With mobile network off, it states feature not available. Hence I think it is data your carrier caches. However, doesn't make sense that a wipe would clear it.
