    Hi,

    Just noticed that Blackberry link on my PC is failing to backup my photo albums( folders ).

    I can view folders when device connected ( z10 ), but when I do a backup or restore only photo's in root folder ( camera ) are restored to device.

    Any way to extract .bbb files yet to view contents? As I have lost many many many irreplacable photo's due to this.

    I have tried in to use file explorer and backup pictures and camera folders in past, but same thing albums missing????

    Any suggestions?

    When you look at the "folders" in LINK (Pictures>Photos) is the SYNC symbol out beside the folder? (two arrows in a circle)

    If not right click and choose SYNC WITH COMPUTER.

    Yes sync is selected ( curvey arrows )
